Privacy Policy

Your selfies are used only to create your trend photos and videos. We don't sell your data, and your creations stay on your phone.

1. What we collect

• Photos you choose: the selfie you take with the camera or pick from your library.
• Your creations: the AI photos and videos generated from your selfie.
• App settings: your credit balance, plan, and preferences such as the watermark switch.
• We do not ask for your name, email, contacts, or location, and Trendify does not require an account.

2. How we use your photos

• When you tap Generate, your selfie is sent securely to our AI processing partners to create the trend you picked.
• Your photo is used only to create your result. It is not used to build face profiles, identify you, or for advertising.
• Our AI partners process images on our behalf and are not allowed to use them for their own purposes beyond what's needed to provide and secure the service.

3. Where your creations are stored

• Your selfies and results are saved on your device, inside the app.
• You can delete any creation at any time from Profile by long-pressing it. Deleting the app removes everything stored in it.
• We don't keep a copy of your photos or videos on our own servers after your result is delivered.

4. Camera and Photos access

• Camera access is used only to take your selfie.
• Photo library access is used to pick a selfie and, when you ask, to save your results.
• You can change these permissions at any time in your iPhone's Settings.

5. Sharing

• Nothing is posted anywhere unless you choose to share it.
• When you share to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, or another app, that app's own privacy policy applies to what you post.

6. Purchases

Subscriptions and credit packs are processed by Apple. We never see or store your payment details.

7. Children

Trendify is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

8. Selling data

We do not sell or rent your personal information, photos, or creations to anyone.

9. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top and, for important changes, let you know in the app.
