Please Read Before Using Trendify

Terms of Service

Effective October 25, 2026

Use Trendify for fun and creative content, only with photos you have the right to use, and be respectful of others.

1. Using Trendify

• Trendify lets you turn a selfie into AI-generated trend photos and short videos. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
• You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, please use Trendify with permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Your photos

• Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have clearly agreed to it.
• You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You give us permission to process them only to create your results.

3. Your creations

• You may use, save, and share your creations for personal and social media use.
• AI results are generated automatically and may not always look exactly like you or the trend. Trend names refer to popular social styles and don't mean any person or brand endorses Trendify.

4. Things you agree not to do

• Create content that is sexual, hateful, violent, harassing, or illegal.
• Use someone else's photo to impersonate, mislead, embarrass, or bully them.
• Upload photos of minors other than yourself without a parent's permission.
• Present AI creations as real in a way that could deceive or harm others.
• Try to copy, reverse engineer, overload, or misuse the app or its AI services.

5. Credits and subscriptions

• Photo trends use 1 credit and video trends use 3 credits. Free daily credits are added once per day.
• Credit packs (10, 30 or 100 credits) are one-time purchases and don't expire.
• Unlimited (monthly or yearly) lets you generate without spending credits while your subscription is active. Credits you already have are kept for later.
• If a generation fails, the credits it used are refunded automatically.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at least 24 hours before renewal in your Apple ID settings. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms.
• Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.

6. Watermark

Exports may include a light Trendify watermark, which you can turn off on the Result screen.

7. Availability

We work hard to keep Trendify running, but the app and its trends may change, pause, or be removed at any time.

8. Disclaimer

Trendify is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for how you or others use your creations, or for indirect damages from using the app.

9. Ending use

You can stop using Trendify at any time by deleting the app. We may limit access for anyone who breaks these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If you keep using the app after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
